I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly. I believe that reconnecting with what feels most true to you, beyond roles and expectations, is an important part of living a fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, helping you build skills in areas like values clarification, communication, and emotional processing. Together, we will work toward creating a life that feels more intentional, authentic, and uplifting.

  • I support individuals navigating overwhelming circumstances who want to rediscover their sense of self, redefine goals and aspirations, and feel worthy of love and connection. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to deepen self‑awareness, soften self‑criticism, and strengthen your ability to stay grounded when life feels chaotic. You will learn practical skills for managing anxiety, life transitions, and current stressors, while clarifying what you truly want and need from your relationships and your life. I am committed to creating a warm, attentive space where you feel heard, respected, and thoughtfully guided as we move toward greater self‑trust, resilience, and connection.
